Lyndsey Archer
Founder x Creative Executive
Lyndsey's journey in design began at Walt Disney Imagineering, where she spent over a decade contributing her creativity to projects like EPCOT World Celebration, Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, Shanghai Disneyland Resort and World of Disney flagship retail. Her expertise in crafting immersive experiences across retail, hospitality, and attractions has earned her recognition, including a coveted spot in Design:Retail Magazine’s “40 under 40.”
In October 2021, Lyndsey embarked on a new adventure, co-founding Studio Archer and taking her lessons learned in themed entertainment design to the masses “beyond the berm.” From luxury hospitality to landmark sporting venues, Lyndsey aims to inspire, engage, and delight guests of all ages and backgrounds with her adventurous designs & artistic approach.
Justin Archer
Founder x Project Executive
From decommissioning Cold War chemical weapons to reimagining iconic Disney attractions, Justin is a dynamic leader with a knack for developing and executing complex projects. Justin’s diverse background allows him to focus on building cross-functional teams and one-of-a-kind facilities from the ground up to assure success for clients.
Prior to co-founding Studio Archer, Justin led design and development of National Geographic Society’s (as an Owner’s Representative with JLL) ambitious and transformative Basecamp (a resort and boutique hotel for explorers five blocks from the White House in the Historic Core of Washington, DC).
Justin’s background also includes spearheading Project Engineering of attractions at Walt Disney’s EPCOT Theme Park and Resort at Walt Disney Imagineering, environmental cleanup of nuclear waste, and decommissioning chemical weapons - both with Bechtel. Justin holds a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Idaho and a Masters of Business Administration with a focus in International Business from Washington State University.
